Reasons to be cheerful – New hires and promotions for RLF in the South East

We are delighted to report that our London and South East team has experienced a strong rebound coming out of the initial lockdown. Demand for our services has now returned to pre-Covid levels and we are experiencing particularly strong demand for our PM services.

Consequently, we wanted to share some good news on how we are strengthening our South East team:

  • Lloyd Evans has been promoted to Associate. In recent years, he has become an expert in the wine business where he has been responsible for supporting some of the UK’s leading wineries, including the Nyetimber and Wiston Estate brands, in realising their ambitions for expansion.  Lloyd’s commitment to managing his clients’ commercial interests, together with his mentoring and development of junior staff makes his promotion very well deserved.
  • Tom Shimmon has been promoted to Senior Cost Manager. Tom’s ability to secure the trust of his clients and his skills in the cost management of complex projects make him an integral part of our expanding Residential team.
  • Our Project Management team is continuing to expand with the recent appointment of two senior project managers Alex Malloy and Kier White, with a third appointment anticipated shortly.
  • Our QS team is also growing with Brook Ince joining us as Cost Manager later in October. Brook has a wealth of experience in the education sector and will be delivering on several higher and further education projects in the region.
