University of Birmingham Construction Framework

RLF is delighted to be appointed to the new University of Birmingham Construction Framework, which has been put in place to deliver the next 10 years of University Estate Development.

RLF Birmingham has worked continuously on the University of Birmingham estate for almost 30 years and has provided Cost Consultancy and/or CDM/Principal Designer services on many of the University’s most important projects.

Recent projects have included the new Sports and Fitness Centre, the new Teaching and Learning Building which was officially opened in January 2020, and the new School of Engineering which is due for completion later in 2020. Other notable projects include the refurbishment of the Old Gym and the new Business School.

The new “Client Side Surveying Support” Framework forms part of a complete new suite of frameworks which the University has put in place to cover the full range of design, construction and surveying services.

RLF has been appointed to the new Client Side Surveying framework, which is one of six new frameworks which have been created under the umbrella of the “University of Birmingham Build Higher Construction Frameworks”.
