We are delighted to report that our London and South East team has experienced a strong rebound coming out of the initial lockdown. Demand for our services has now returned to pre-Covid levels and we are experiencing particularly strong demand for our PM services.

Moss Building, University College Birmingham shortlisted for an RIBA West Midlands Award

Moss House, University College Birmingham has been shortlisted for a RIBA West Midlands Award.

This project features a host of state-of-the-art facilities including three lecture theatres, modern teaching spaces, a gym and an American-style student diner. As a flagship sports teaching facility, the building is also home to a 35-metre indoor running track, for speed and strength work.

RLF project shortlisted for Education Estates Award

RLF project The University of Birmingham, Teaching and Learning Building has been shortlisted for the 'Inclusive Learning Spaces for All' Education Estates Award.

The winners will be announced at the Education Estates® Digital Awards Ceremony on Thursday 15 October 2020, 18:00-19:00.

RLF raise £5k for charity

Last year, all staff were given the opportunity to purchase their old iPhones with all proceedings going to charity.

A staggering £5k was raised and staff nominated the charities that they had a personal affiliation with. The chosen charities to benefit for this included:-
