Feasibility Cost Planning of the redevelopment of the four hectare brownfield Thames-side site in Wandsworth.
The project included 425 residential units in six separate blocks with a total gross floor area in excess of 196,850 sq.ft and approximately 52,493 ft.sq of commercial office and restaurant space.
In addition, the re-grading of the Thames foreshore, a wildlife park and repairs to the river wall were costed.
The implementation of a demolition and remediation works enabling contract were commissioned prior to the site being sold to another developer.
