The 70,000 ft² five-storey new build was constructed using a steel frame. The building was designed to meet the defined business needs of West Bromwich Building Society and contains a variety of distinct operational functions.
The building complies with institutional standards and has adopted an up-flow ventilation strategy with exposed concrete soffits to minimise the whole life occupancy cost and to assist in achieving the required EPC A rating and target BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
