This project comprises the development of a BREEAM Excellent 414,350 ft² manufacturing and distribution hub with associated offices at Prologis Park, Hams Hall, Coleshill, Birmingham.
The Plot DC1 development is pre-let to Jaguar Land Rover and is part of the multi-site redevelopment of the former EON B power station.
The works comprised the construction of a single storey Warehouse Production unit and external\internal two-storey office accommodation, including a two-storey warehouse pod office and sprinkler installations.
External site works included a gatehouse, hardstanding’s, fencing, car parking, landscaping and drainage, and a building access road connecting proposed car park access, HGV access and a fire track.
The 24,300 ft² offices are fitted out to Category A standard with mechanical ventilation, raised floors and suspended ceilings. The site has 600 ft² deep concrete yards, security and acoustic fencing to the boundary and security lighting is provided.
