Demolition of existing buildings (with the exception of Trade Tower) and redevelopment to the site to provide a mixed-use development comprising financial and professional services, retail space including shops, restaurants and cafes, drinking establishments, assembly and leisure floor space.

In addition, 127 residential units, contained four new buildings varying from 5-16 storeys, including the erection of a six-storey extension at the top of Trade Tower.

Provision of private amenity space and public open space, car and cycle parking and creation of a publicly accessible square at the base of Trade Tower and Port House, to link to Coral Row route to the River Thames.

Alterations and extensions to the basement level to provide cycle parking, plant rooms and refuse storage.
