Moss House, University College Birmingham
Client Name: University College Birmingham
Role: Cost Manager & Principal Designer

Description
Moss House is the latest phase of a £130 million investment into the University since 2014 and features a host of cutting-edge facilities including three lecture theatres, modern teaching spaces, a gym and an American-style student diner. As a flagship sports teaching facility, the building is also home to a 35-metre indoor running track, for speed and strength work.
Three years in the making to ensure the University continues to deliver the very best learning experience, the four-storey campus can be found at the junction of George Street and Holland Street, a stone’s throw from our three other campuses and a 10 minutes walk from Birmingham city centre.
This project has been shortlisted for a RIBA West Midlands Award.
