Opening in 2022, the 120,000 sq. ft new build Enterprise Wharf offers 10 floors of 12,000 sq. ft floorplates providing contemporary, flexible office space designed with digital and tech businesses in mind. The building will feature a large, open plan reception and collaboration space, cycle storage and kit drying room, showers and a roof garden and will be delivered alongside new outdoor breakout space, landscaping and public realm, including improved access to the adjacent Birmingham and Fazeley canal.
Based in the city’s Knowledge Quarter, within 10 minutes walk of the city’s universities and 50,000 students, it’s the ideal place for companies wanting to access the tech community, talent and innovative ideas.
Enterprise Wharf will be Birmingham’s first smart-enabled building, bringing Building Management System, HVAC, lighting, CCTV and green energy data to life through a visual data dashboard. The smart building management system helps to drive productivity, increases efficiency, reduces cost and improves user experience by connecting the building to IoT sensors, people and processes. The constant data stream of air quality, temperature, equipment failure information and occupation density helps Enterprise Wharf provide the optimal customer experience for all users and visitors.
