The project comprises the refurbishment and conversion of a public house building in Worthing into nine flats for emergency temporary accommodation along with space for A1 commercial on the ground floor.
The next phase of Downview (Phase 2) begins on-site to deliver a further eight flats for affordable rent. This also includes the conversion of an old part care home/part masonic hall at Rowlands Road in Worthing providing 19 units for emergency temporary accommodation.
