MGAC | RLF is able to offer graduate opportunities within our UK offices to ambitious individuals with the skills and desire to develop a successful career in the construction industry.  We are keen to attract individuals with personality and drive to join our teams in the delivery of Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveying, Health & Safety and Project Management services.  We will give you the opportunity to gain valuable professional qualifications (MRICS, IOSH etc) and have developed accredited structured training plans to help you achieve your goals.

The MGAC | RLF Graduate Training Scheme

MGAC | RLF have developed a structured training programme that will help you to get professionally qualified in your discipline as quickly as possible.  You will be assessed, supported and helped to develop skills throughout the training period in order to build on your key strengths and identify and nurture you in areas where you require support.   Your development will include various forms of support including:- 

  • Mentoring – Our team of supervisors, assessors and counsellors will guide and support you through each stage of the programme, with the aim of equipping each graduate trainee with the skills required to achieve success.
  • Training Days – MGAC | RLF utilise external professional experts (RICS APC etc) supported by an internal team of experienced senior professionals to deliver training days where all graduate trainees can come together to jointly develop skills and share knowledge.
  • Lifelong Learning – We support all graduate trainees in the development of their technical and soft skills through our company wide structured training programme and will look to provide relevant training support to meet individual needs.

At the end of your graduate programme our aim is that you will be a highly skilled professional able to achieve your desired professional qualification and ready to further advance your career ambitions with MGAC | RLF.
