RLF Birmingham decided to forego Secret Santa this year and instead donate the money to the Black Country Food Bank.
When the team decided they wanted to do something more meaningful during the festivities, David Harris, Birmingham Office Managing Partner, suggested donating all the funds to the Food Bank to help those in need at Christmas.
