"Now that the roll out has completed I just wanted to say a huge thank you and well done to all of you have played such a crucial part in the success of these projects. Do not underestimate what you have achieved during the past year of trial and roll out and to deliver the last six projects at the speed you have, with so little ‘noise’ and to have the commercial close out so well progressed is testament to all of your hard work in design, procurement and delivery over the last few months. During all of my visits to the projects during the roll out I was very proud of the calm professionalism shown by you and your teams throughout, so thanks again, and well done!"

The Hospice has worked with RLF over a four year period to successfully implement the relocation of its facilities from the restrictions of the converted property in Mill Gap Road, to a purpose-built state-of-the-art hospice building at Cross Levels Way. The Hospice provides free care to around 1,000 people who have a life-limiting illness every year, across our In-Patient Unit, Wellbeing Centre and through supporting patients and their families in their own homes. The new hospice, which has double the number of in-patient bedrooms and expanded Wellbeing facilities, including a physiotherapy gym, will enable us to care for even more people who need our support. RLF have provided cost management services covering the whole process from inception to delivery and handover. At all stages RLF have been proactive and effective, and have played a key part in ensuring delivery of a first class building, whilst balancing and understanding the needs of the Hospice, with maintaining control of the budget constraints of the Hospice as a charity.
