"RLF really understood the importance of this project. The attention to detail was exceptional and as client I was kept fully informed of the budget position throughout the entire project. RLF kept on top of the works being undertaken and questioned the contractor robustly when additional items appeared. The project was extremely high profile within the City and RLF were fundamental in ensuring the project came in as close to the budget as was possible. The team at RLF were extremely dedicated and involved in this project. They were very hands on and created a great working relationship with the design team and myself as client.
